Get a Stolen Identity for $14, Says Symantec

Symantec, maker of Norton Internet Security and Norton AntiVirus, among others, released its twice-annual Internet Security Threat Report. It reveals that identity theft has become so competitive and organized that anyone can purchase an identity - complete with date of birth, bank account, credit card and social security number - for $14.
